The section to the jail known as B-side is where most inmates will be housed when they are first placed in a cell. It is not as locked down as A side
but is still secured by sliding doors.
This part of the jail has 12 cells. The four outer cells can house 8-14 inmates and the eight inner cells can house 10-16 inmates. If the number of inmates is equal to more than the number of bunks then they are given stack a bunks to place their mats on.
The law library for county and state inmates is also located on the B-side hall. Inmates have access to law books, encyclopedias, bibles, and novels.
This is the inside recreation area located on B side hall. There is also an outside recreation area located on B side not pictured.
We have a 24 hour medical staff who is employed by Southern Health Partners. The medical office is located on the B side hallway.
